While we architect for maximum resilience, uptime guarantees are subject to the specific Service Level Agreements signed during project onboarding. Network Wizard is not liable for regional fiber cuts or global cloud outages (AWS/Azure/GCP) beyond our configuration control.
All service fees are quoted in MYR unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may trigger a temporary suspension of managed services to protect our operational overhead.
All "Wizard Methodologies," custom network scripts, and unique UI designs remain the sole property of Network Wizard Sdn. Bhd. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these architectures for the duration of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Network Wizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from hardware failure or external cyber-attacks.
Clients must ensure all provided software licenses are valid and that their staff adheres to the cybersecurity protocols established during the "Deployment Phase."
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Network Wizard will provide a "Technical Handover" document to ensure the client's infrastructure continuity.
While we deploy "Digital Fortification" protocols, no system is 100% impenetrable. Our services aim to mitigate risk, not eliminate the possibility of a breach entirely.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Selangor Darul Ehsan.
