Network Wizard Sdn. Bhd. operates in strict accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We act as both a Data Controller for our direct clients and a Data Processor when managing third-party infrastructures.

• Legal compliance with Malaysian corporate tax and licensing laws.
Client data is retained only for the duration of the service contract plus a 7-year statutory period required by Malaysian law. Post-retention, digital data is purged using industry-standard overwriting protocols.
We do not engage in the sale or trade of client data. Information is only shared with authorized vendors (e.g., Cloud Service Providers) with explicit client consent for procurement purposes.
All data is protected via 256-bit AES encryption and stored within secure VPCs. We implement strict "Least Privilege" access controls for our internal technical staff.

Our terminal uses technical cookies to maintain session persistence and optimize UI performance. We do not use intrusive tracking or behavioral advertising pixels.
